About US

Before The Decay is a Swiss metalcore band blending aggressive screams, melodic clean vocals, and dynamic, high-impact instrumentation. Known for balancing intensity with atmosphere, the band continues to evolve its sound while maintaining a clear and recognizable identity.

Formed in 2009, Before The Decay has grown steadily alongside its members, developing from a shared vision into a focused and ambitious project. Their debut EP “Awakening” established the foundation of their musical direction, followed by a series of singles that further shaped and refined their sound.

Driven by a commitment to progression, the band consistently pushes its songwriting and production to a higher level. Their lyrics draw from personal experiences and contemporary themes, adding depth and authenticity to their music.

With a strong focus on continuous output and live performance, Before The Decay is dedicated to expanding its reach.
